Pay a deposit

We require a 50% deposit payable 7 days from booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the event date.

What happens if it’s raining?

We would aim to utilise any spare indoor space at your wedding venue to have the activity. We will always try to be flexible and most of the activities are doable no matter the weather. Refunds cannot be issued for bad weather.

What happens if the wedding party is overrunning?

The time you have us booked for is exactly that. We understand sometimes speech’s can take longer than they should or dinner is delayed, whatever it may be Hyped Events will be completely flexible.

Are these activities suited to a hen/stag do?

Yes, all of our activities can be used for your hen or stag do. Please see our page dedicated to this with new activities.

Booking and cancellation policy

50% payment is required within 7 days of booking, the remaining 50% is then payable 21 days prior to the event. If you choose to cancel your event, your refund entitlement is dependent on the amount of notice given. 6 Months + notice = 100% refund, 21+ Days = 50%, from zero days up to and including 21 Days = 0% (no refund)
